Calasetta

Picturesque fishing village

Calasetta, a small corner of paradise located on the island of Sant’Antioco in Sardinia. This picturesque fishing village has its roots in the distant year 1769 when 130 people from Pegli, who originated from the Tunisian island of Tabarka, settled here. Today, the Genoese influence is still present in the local traditions and culture.

One of Calasetta’s main attractions is its beautiful beaches: Sottotorre Beach is a true paradise with golden sand, while Le Saline will enchant you with its white sand dunes. The cobbled streets, colorful houses, and the kindness of the inhabitants will make you feel at home.
